As well as the aforementioned shadow-based horror, two great moments stood out for me. The first was a simple feeling of satisfaction at using my tools correctly. To be fair, the competitive multiplayer modes received at least a little more care; asymmetrical combat between marines and xenos has its enjoyable moments, and some of the team deathmatch levels give xenos (which come in three classes: spit, sneak, or overwhelm) plenty of crawl/hide spots to surprise and disrupt an otherwise well-equipped marine squad. 2ff7e9595c
